SHIPPING POLICY

The Brown Collection offers handcrafted products and are made in small batches to provide top quality products. Once an order is submitted, we will process the order which is a time frame of 2-3 business days. Once processed and ready for shipping, your order will be shipped. If an order is on backorder, we will send you an update along with a coupon code for a future order.

***Butters only ship out Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent product sitting longer times in warmer carrier warehouses.

All orders are shipped via USPS with a signature required for the safety of the product. Once item is shipped, TBC isn't responsible for the loss of package. A Claim must be filed with the USPS, once claim has been filed feel free to keep us updated via email.

Return & Exchange Policy

For health and safety reasons due to covid-19, TBC under no circumstances provide any exchanges to orders once they are processed, opened or used. NO REFUNDS! Store credit maybe given if approved with accounting team. Please email us at orders@sayyestobrownskin.com with order number in the subject line for questions or concerns.
